How long does delivery take?

Retail customers’ orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days. For wholesale buyers, orders will be shipped within 3-6 working days. Please note: These are shipping estimates and are subject to change based on stock on hand and quantity ordered.

What payment methods does Medicolab offer?

Accepted Answer

Medicolab’s customers have three payment methods to choose from. The payment methods offered are: Payfast EFT Ozow Please Note: If EFT is the chosen payment method, you will need to reference your Order Number and send proof of payment to onlinesales@medicolab.africa. Once payment has been received, the order will be processed and sent to the desired location.

I forgot to add a few items to my delivery order, is it possible to add more items to a completed order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. A new order for the additional items will need to be placed.

Question 4

Can I place an order telephonically?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will be able to place an order telephonically or via email (if you are ordering a large amount of goods and would like a custom quote sent to you). In order to do this, our contact information can be found under ‘Contact Us’. Please list your business name, contact number as well as the intended quantity of each product desired. We will then send you a custom quote based on your enquiry.

Does Medicolab offer free shipping?

All orders delivered in Johannesburg will pay a flat shipping rate of R100. There will be a charge of R200 for deliveries nationwide (outside of Johannesburg). For wholesale/bulk orders, you will receive free delivery.

Question 6

How do I order in bulk and does Medicolab give discounts for bulk orders?

If you want to purchase in bulk, please make use of the “ add to quote ” function in order to create a quote request on the desired products. Once received by us, we will create a custom quote for your bulk order based on your request. Alternatively, you can go the “ Contact Us ” page and select bulk order request in order to get a custom quote created for you based on your bulk order. Discounts on bulk orders will differ depending on the quantity requested.

Does Medicolab offer products without labels when purchasing in bulk?

If a wholesale buyer would like to purchase products without labels from Medicolab in order to re-label for selling purposes, please request this from us when placing an order and it will be arranged.
